This wonderful, 16th century pub nestles on the edge of picturesque Milton, and offers imaginative modern British cuisine in a friendly and relaxed environment.

The White Horse is a 17th Century Grade II listed inn set in the picturesque village of Tattingstone near Ipswich. This former village coaching inn has lost none of its classic look over time and still retains much of its original character. Black beams, brick features, a log-burning stove and a bench seat set in an inglenook fireplace create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The White Horse serves a range of cask ales and lagers and the restaurant offers a mixture of home made dishes and traditional pub food, ranging from bar snacks to Chef's Specials.
There is also a small caravan and camping area to the rear of the Inn which includes a toilet block with washbasins, an outside tap for drinking water plus electric
hook-up for caravans.
Dogs are made welcome at The White Horse, the only day we cannot allow them

The home of Keswick Rugby Football Club is Davidson Park, set in a magnificent location with views of the Lake District fells. The clubhouse is open to the public so please feel free to pay us a visit. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street, we have a superb setting and stunning views towards Skiddaw. Sit on our sun terrace in summer or enjoy a drink by our coal fires in winter. During the rugby season, the clubhouse serves hot drinks and breakfast in the morning. The Horse and Jockey is a lovely timber framed building on the village green, at the heart of Chorlton's conservation area. It is a stone's throw from vibrant Beech Road, with its multitude of bars, pubs, restaurants, boutiques and shops, and a five minute walk from Chorlton Meadows and Water Park. The pub has undergone complete refurbishment and now has a tap-room, a snug and spacious lounge.
With open fires, good food, beer and wine and a relaxed atmosphere the Horse and Jockey is a welcoming venue to drink, dine and relax.
The dining room overlooks the green and serves unpretentious, locally sourced, seasonal food. Our attractive terrace area is furnished with heated and lit canopied tables and also overlooks the green. We are passionate about our beers, wines and whiskies and aim to have guest ales on an ever-changing basis as well as our cask ales.
