Three comfortable cottages converted from the old milking parlour, located in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views. Providing accommodation for 4 - 5 people in each, they are very well equipped and centrally heated, and all have a lawned area with seating, patio and barbeque. Kestrel cottage has a downstairs bathroom and bed making it
suitable for disabled use .
Pets and dogs are most welcome, and horses are also welcome at our Yorkshire cottages by special arrangement.

The cottages are situated to the east of the Dales and Pennine Way, which is ideal for walkers and climbers,
and a perfect base for visiting the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The area is popular for cycling, walking, fishing,
bird watching and many other pursuits, or relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Four spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, self-catering flats sleeping up to 6 people. The accommodation is ideally located, being 5 minutes walk from the excellent shopping centre, North Bay sea front,
Sea Life Centre and Castle. All electricity is provided by 100% renewable resources and is included in the price,
as is linen (except the bath towels) and parking permit. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

Our flats have recently been assessed by the English Tourist Board as 2 Star and provide guests with a high level of comfort and cleanliness.

This newly converted stone barn offers three tastefully appointed and well equipped cottages,
perfect for holidays or short stays at any time of the year. A warm North Yorkshire welcome awaits you at
West Leas Farm where you will find all you need for an enjoyable stay. The farm is located on a private and quiet lane, surrounded by our own open fields. We provide a map of routes, stiles, gates etc. some public footpaths others permitted routes, to form a circular walk from the cottage garden.
We have our own dogs, two very friendly Labradors, and so understand the needs of dog owners and want
to offer them a happy relaxed holiday with their pets.
Within easy reach, you will find beautiful countryside, attractive market towns with cobbled squares,
sweeping views, waterfalls, caves and craggy hillsides.
North Yorkshire's ever-changing landscape stretches from coast to hills, from village to city, from moor to dale.
This is a county steeped in history - Roman, Viking and Mediaeval and packed with places to visit, such as
abbeys and cathedrals, castles and country estates, museums and landmarks.

Our two cottages, Cherry Tree Cottage and Heather Bank Cottage - both with four-star listing - are situated close to a quiet Calderdale village, with 2 acres of natural heather and woodland garden and direct access to open countryside and footpaths. We are located in attractive countryside, some 15 minutes from Halifax and Huddersfield town centres, and in an ideal location for exploring Bronte Country and the historic towns of the South Pennines.

The cottages are available all year and we can promise you a friendly personal welcome. There is good dog-walking on footpaths and bridleways direct from the doorstep. As we are keen walkers ourselves, we can recommend the most interesting moorland walks, and we provide local maps and guidebooks in the cottages.
