Our self catering cottages are situated in the North Suffolk countryside yet also close to the coast and the Broads.
Surrounded by arable fields, ponds and woodland they
are an ideal location for a quiet break and for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer.

Woodfarm Dairy is one of 2 barn conversions, situated all on one level with entry by a small step. Comfortably furnished, it has a woodburner, double bedroom and french doors out to a patio area and garden with furniture and barbeque.
Woodfarm Stables also a barn conversion, sleeping 6 with wheelchair access and a wet-room. Beautifully furnished, with separate kitchen, dining room and lounge with woodburner. It has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, all en-suite. The large secure courtyard and enclosed garden is ideal for dogs.
Stringers Woodland is a spacious cottage, set very peacefully at the end of a lane with only fields and footpaths beyond. It has 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom. This cottage has an enclosed garden with a patio area.

Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, The Old Rectory lies in grounds of almost seven acres, surrounded by farmland on three sides the grounds are a haven for wildlife.
The four newly converted one bedroom holiday homes have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, whilst retaining period features where possible.
Each sleeping 2 people they are all very well equipped, have a log-burning stove and a wet-room.

The market town of Bungay (3 miles) offers a good range of shops. Norwich with its excellent cultural and shopping facilities is 19 miles away.We have even compiled a list of dog-friendly pubs in the area

There are plenty of dog friendly walks around the cottages, and you can exercise them in our 5 acre field. There are also woodland and excellent country lane walks without even having to get into your car. We make no extra charge for dogs (maximum 2 per cottage).
