Cornell Holiday Lets are 10 superior, self-catering villas located at Waterside Park in Corton, close to Lowestoft.
Newly refurbished in 2010, all villas have air conditioned living rooms, and can sleep up to 5 people in comfort, in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own outside balcony with a table and chairs provided, and there is a twin and single bedroom.

All the accommodation is presented to a high standard. There is a fully fitted, modern kitchen with washing machine microwave and fridge/freezer, the lounge has comfy leather sofas, flat screen freeview TV/DVD, and Ipod docking station. Bedding and towels are included, and beds are made ready for your arrival enabling you to begin your holiday straight away. All our guests receive a welcome pack which includes a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits.
Outside is a decking area with table and chairs for those summer evenings and secure storage for 4 bikes. There is parking for one vehicle. The site has lovely views of the Suffolk coast and the beach is a 10 minute walk away.
Corton is an ideal base to explore countryside and coast of both Suffolk and Norfolk.

Rose and Apple Shepherd's Huts

These delightful shepherd's huts, situated in a lovely garden, deep in the Suffolk countryside offer a wonderful holiday experience. ‘Rose’ and ‘Apple’ are rented together in a private garden, in view of each other but roughly 30 feet apart.
Each consists of a single room one with a sofa, which converts to a small double bed, and one with bunk beds.
The owner has saved as many original features as possible creating a very special place to stay.
In addition to The Shepherd’s Huts there is a kitchen with a double-oven electric range, a tall fridge/freezer, and all the cutlery and crockery you will need. The shower room has a fitted corner shower, a heated towel rail to hang the big,
fluffy white bath towels, a hand basin and a W.C.
The huts are located less than five miles from Orford which is situated on the River Ore and boasts an 'English Heritage' Norman castle and a working river quay that serves sailors, fishermen and sightseers. The town has a good choice of places to eat and drink.
