Pool Farm Byres is a very large and interestingly designed, character barn conversion set within the beautiful countryside of the Exmoor National Park.

Pool Farm Annexe is a recently refurbished and self-contained 1 bedroom flat. It has its own front door and garden area with views of the surrounding countryside.The annexe is very well equipped and is separated from the rest of Pool Farm Byres cottage by an interconnecting door which will be locked for guests who are not also staying in the main cottage.
Pool Farm Cottage is a character property with a rustic feel, recently redecorated and refurbished it has oak flooring, a large farmhouse kitchen and a cosy lounge with a wood-burner. The cottage sleeps 8 people in 4 rooms and has its own garden with barbeque and
stunning coutryside views.
Pool Farm Byres consists both Pool Farm Annexe and Pool Farm Cottage. The interconnecting door can be left open so that the whole house is accessible to guests. This means there are 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms,
5 bedrooms, 2 lounge/TV areas and a large dining area – plenty of space for 10 people.

The Coleridge Way Walk goes through the village of Luxborough where Pool Farm Byres is located, many other walks and activities are available in Exmoor, including Tarr Steps, Dunkery Beacon and
Porlock Weir.

Converted from an old stone barn, Pen Mill cottage is set in a peaceful, secluded location at the lower end of a hidden valley, in an idyllic setting with three cascading ponds and straddling the Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset boundaries. The property is ETB "4 Star" Rated and is part of a 150 acre farm run organically by the owners, and which has been in the same family for almost 50 years. The spacious cottage sleeps 6/7 people and is furnished to a high standard with AGA and log fire. Available March to October. The Stour Way and Monarchs Way run through the farm and are popular with serious walkers, and there are walks over the 150 acre farm or nearby National Trust land on the Stourhead estate. 	venthorne cottage Capton, Nr Williton, Somerset.
Venthorne is a charming 18th Century thatched cottage, quietly situated in the hamlet of Capton. The property has a log burning fire and there are three bedrooms which sleep up to five people. There is also a beautiful garden with countryside views in which to relax and dine al-fresco. This is a perfect base for walking in the Quantock Hills or Exmoor National Park. The Blackdown Hills and Brendon Hills are both within reach, as are a number of National Trust properties and the ancient harbour town of Watchet on the Somerset coast.
