After shepherding in the Yorkshire Dales for 10 years, in 1990 Katy became the only female winner of television's
"One man and his dog" and has won numerous other sheep dog trials.
Katy's credentials as a sheepdog trainer are unrivalled. She has written "A Dog's Life in the Dales"and produced a sheepdog training video,"One woman and her dog".

She runs day and short courses and hourly sessions for dog and handler, and specialises in
pet dog obedience, from basic puppy handling to problem dogs.
Situated on the border of Stafforshire and Shropshire, this is beautiful area to spend a holiday, training,
walking and relaxing, yet is only about 6 miles from Wolverhampton.
