These unique holiday homes are converted from an 18th century dairy barn and hayloft, built of traditional Derbyshire stone with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and feature stonework.


The large communal room has a fully fitted kitchen, and can be used as a games room or for groups to cook and eat together

Nine holiday cottages, all dog friendly and sleeping from 1 to 5 people, peacefully located at the head of a secluded valley in the West of the Peak District.

The cottages, which can be booked in any combination to take parties of up to 30, are set in 12 acres of pastureland and have spectacular views and glorious walks starting right on the doorstep. A wonderful base for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby attractions. Here you can enjoy magnificent surroundings with minimal impact on the environment
