The Stables Lodge is a beautifully renovated Victorian stables building providing 7 self-contained en-suite apartments, each sleeping 4-5, with lounge area, gallery bedroom and fully-fitted kitchen.

Set in a rural area of Derbyshire, five miles west of the City of Derby, the accommodation is ideal for business or leisure. Stables Lodge is the perfect location for overnight stop-offs, weekend breaks, family holidays and special event catering and parties. The extensive grounds with their large grassed areas provide plenty of safe space for children to run and play. The Stables Lodge is pet-friendly with a secure dog-run and a dog-sitting service if required. Some of our lodges are maintained ‘pet-free’ and are available on request if preferred.

Stanley House Farm is a Grade II listed farmhouse built traditionally in the heart of The Peak District National Park
and The Hayloft is a self-catering cottage which is a conversion of the original barn. The property is furnished to a high standard and is comfortably equipped for 4 people.
There are 2 twin bedrooms and each has glorious views over the surrounding countryside. The sitting room has an open fire, there is a private walled garden and ample parking available.

This lovely cottage is full of character and has marvellous views in all directions across rolling limestone hills.
The Peak District offers a variety of walking in all sorts of countryside; moorland, valleys and limestone dales
cover the area and there are many walking and cycling trails. Other visitor attractions include houses, ancient monuments and castles and the towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Ashbourne.

Ashford in the Water is situated on the banks of the River Wye, close to Monsal Dale, in the centre of some excellent walking country and well placed for visiting all the major attractions of the area.
