Overbrook Barn is part of a beautiful 18th century farm in a quiet valley in the south-west corner of the
Peak District National Park.
Overbrook accommodates 8 in four double/twin bedrooms all of which have TV/DVD (all bed linen and towels are provided), there is a log-burning stove, and free wireless broadband internet throughout.
We have young children ourselves, and yours are very welcome. None of our livestock pose any danger to humans, Overbrook has its own lit, gated garden which is secure for children, and our access road is very quiet. We also have chickens, ducks, sheep, and often pigs:
a paradise for city children!
We have a friendly black lab and your pets are very welcome. Situated in the centre of a network of footpaths and bridleways the area offers some of the best walking and riding you'll find in the country. There is a great range of excellent dog walking from the doorstep, and plenty of room on farm for off-the-lead running around. There is a huge amount to do locally, along with super eating and drinking.

Riverside House is a 4 star luxury holiday cottage, situated in an unspoiled conservation area in Litton Mill,

This pet friendly holiday accommodation sleeps up to 12 people and has lots of walks from the door in Miller's Dale and
on the Monsal Trail. Local shops are within 2 miles and pub one mile. The safe enclosed garden is perfect for pets and children and the property has lovely river views, separate games room, log burning stove with fire guard, stair gates, board games, cot, high chair, separate utility area, a well equipped kitchen, huge lounge and off street parking.

This 250 year old cottage nestles in a sleepy backwater close to the centre of Cromford and offers a “get away from it all” environment, yet it has easy access to all local amenities. Sleeping up to 6 people and offering all the usual home facilities it provides the ideal base for you to choose what you want to do, be it simply relaxing or taking part in the numerous activities the Peak District
has to offer.
The cottage forms part of the historic conservation area and sits amongst old farm buildings, the old jail house and overlooks the sough. A spacious living room which has 2 three seater settees, TV, DVD and linked stereo system. A range of videos, DVD’s and CD’s are available to use during your stay.
There are 2 well furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and a larger bedroom that has 4 single beds. Bed linen is provided for your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer complete with a comprehensive set of crockery, cutlery and utensils allows for the cooking of a quick snack or a full meal.
The dining room is large enough for a family of six to eat comfortably. The bathroom has a shower, W.C. sink, large mirror and a shaving point, towels are also included.

The High Peak Trail offers 17.5 miles of traffic free trail for walkers, horse riders and cyclists and forms the start of the Pennine Bridleway.
