Clevency Cottages are three charming 17th century cottages situated in the sleepy Conservation village
of Great Snoring, just 6 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
We have 2, two bedroom cottages and a one bedroom cottage, all are centrally heated and two have wood-burning stoves. They are tastefully decorated, spacious, full of character and fully equipped.
As well as a large back garden all three cottages have their own enclosed garden areas so ideal for your dog(s).
We have plenty of dog friendly beaches for you to enjoy, the closest ones are at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham
and we also have a lovely footpath on our doorstep too!

This luxuriously fitted house has the atmosphere of a small boutique hotel. It has dramatic vaulted ceilings, wonderful period, Victorian school features, stylish furnishings, plenty of bathrooms and dressing rooms,
and a grand piano.
On the ground floor there is a large open-living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, a spacious kitchen, a utility room and cloakroom, and three bedrooms (2 king, 1 twin), and two bathrooms (1 en-suite, 1 bath/shower room).
Upstairs is the Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a games room. Outside there’s a secure courtyard patio garden, a large lawn and plenty of off-road parking.
Dogs must be restricted to the kitchen and courtyard at this property.
The house is situated in a quiet village about 8 miles from Norwich, and the nearby village of Mulbarton has several shops incuding a small supermarket, farm shop and a post office.

On the edge of the small, peaceful village of Frettenham, Bay Tree House enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by open countryside and farmland, next to an animal sanctuary. There are three ground floor, dog friendly cottages adjoining
Bay Tree House:
Fox Burrow sleeps 2, Woolly View sleeps 2 with twin or zip and link superking, and can accommodate 3 with an additional folding guest bed
and Bobtail Corner can sleep 4 with the use of a
sofa-bed.
Each unit has its own entrance and has been designed with
great attention to detail to provide privacy and comfort.
Equipped with TV/DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock and comfortable furnishings they offer individual and welcoming accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity and heating.
We cater for guests wishing to stay on a bed and breakfast or self-catering basis, and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Continental style breakfast includes fruit juice, tea and coffee, pastries, breads, a selection of conserves, fresh fruit and cereals, hams and cheese; all provided in the comfort of your accommodation for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer. Historic Norwich has a beautiful riverside and the unspoilt landscapes of the Norfolk Broads offer guests the opportunity for sailing, canoeing, walking and cycling. |

Original features include exposed beams in most rooms and brick and flint walls inside. The property is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Outside there is an enclosed yard area with furniture and beyond that another fenced and gated area for dogs and parking for up to 4 cars.
We provide a welcome pack for you and biscuits/throw/bowls etc for your dogs - there is no limit and only a charge of £10 for more than four dogs. We
genuinely are very dog friendly! The property is only a few minute's drive from some very quiet, sandy beaches and the surrounding countryside is easy to access with plenty of places walk, eat and enjoy.
