Situated on the edge of the small, peaceful village of Frettenham,
Bay Tree House enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by open
countryside and farmland, next to an animal sanctuary.
There are three ground floor cottages adjoining Bay Tree House:
Fox Burrowsleeps 2, Woolly View sleeps 2 with twin or zip and link superking, and can accommodate 3 with an additional folding guest bed
and Bobtail Corner can sleep 4 with the use of a
sofa-bed.
Each unit has its own entrance and has been designed with
great attention to detail to provide privacy and comfort.
Equipped with TV/DVD player, hairdryer, alarm clock and comfortable furnishings they offer individual and welcoming accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided, and also included are electricity and heating.
We no longer offer bed and breakfast but guests are welcome to bring their own to enjoy in the cottage.
Ten minutes from the city of Norwich and airport, five minutes from the Broads and just a short journey to the coast, we are ideally located for exploring all that the region has to offer. Historic Norwich has a beautiful riverside and the unspoilt landscapes of the Norfolk Broads offer guests the opportunity for sailing, canoeing, walking and cycling.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. |

You will enjoy a luxury suite with it's own independent entrance and fitted to 5 Star standards with a king sized

The luxurious bathroom features a great bath to soak in, invigorating power shower and warm under foot heating.
Outside there are acres of parkland looking out over rolling countryside. Peddars Way and the Norfolk Coastal path
are on the doorstep. We accept up to one dog in one of our rooms so please do check availability.

Bed and Breakfast at Bluebell Barn
Originally converted as part of the TV program "Homefront", our Bed and Breakfast Barn
near Banham in Norfolk has been lovingly improved over the past six years
into a substantial family home.
Enclosed in an acre of grounds and surrounded on three sides by open fields,
Bluebell Barn is ideal if you have a four legged chum to bring along. There
are dog friendly pubs nearby, and we also have a fully licensed bar on site
upon your return for the designated driver!
Well behaved children over the age of 10 are also welcome.
We have three rooms available and all are on the ground floor with seperate entrances; The Rose Room – a beautiful, light and airy large double room with private entrance and en-suite shower. The Bluebell Room - double room with private entrance and en-suite shower. This pretty room also has a separate single bedroom adjoining which makes it ideal for a small family. The Suite - a large double suite with a comfortable lounge area and en-suite bathroom.
We are well placed for many local attractions and interesting towns. Thetford Forest, Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coast offer walking, cycling and riding.

Breakfast is served in the Barn’s impressive main hall. All our breakfast ingredients are all sourced from our local butcher and our eggs are free range. Traditional English or Continental breakfast is prepared to order.

Sallowfield Cottage is set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside near the old market town of Wymondham.
Originally a dairy located in what was once the ancient Wymondham Abbey Deer Park, you arrive at Sallowfield House via a leafy private track and enter a peaceful haven. The house is flanked by a beautiful English garden with views over open countryside, and is set around a large pond.
The cottage provides bed and breakfast accommodation for up to 5 people in 3 rooms - two doubles and a single, all with private bathroom or shower facilities. All rooms have an elegant but cosy traditional ‘country house’ feel to them, as do the communal sitting and dining rooms.
