A
working farm incorporating a beautifully converted
17th Century Coach House
This working farm, covering 120 acres, has been
in the same family for over 80 years. With a collection ducks,
geese, Kune Kune pigs & Soay sheep to the rear of the cottages
and pleasant woodlands walks from the door, this is a lovely,
relaxing place to stay. The area offers stunning scenery and
lots of opportunity for walking, including the Black Mountains
and Brecon Beacons.
The 3 cottages each
sleep 4 people (one cottage has bunk-beds), and are comfortable
and very well equipped. Lawns in front of each cottage have
garden furniture and a bar-b-que, is available. Many of the
original features have been retained, including the great oak
beams and stone walls giving the cottages a true `country feel`
Bed & Breakfast
is also available either in the farmhouse in cosy rooms on the
first floor or our spacious loft accommodation, or in the cottages
(when available).
Pen-Y-Dre also has a small select caravan park
opposite the main farm buildings. Facilities on site include
electric hook up, hard pitches, shower and toilet block
and
wash up room.
Pets are welcome - but please remember that this
is a working farm. |
