This beautiful 250 year old farmhouse set amid 230 acres of
farm and woodland, has been the home of
Patricia Cantlon's family since the early 1900's. It is renowned
for its leisurely breakfasts and candlelit dinners
prepared from rich local produce, and served with pure water
from the local mountain springs.
There are five bedrooms and a family suite, and the studio/conservatory
with tea and coffee making facilities
is available for guests' use.
The farm is an animal and bird sanctuary and a nature and cat
lover's paradise, and so whilst dogs are welcome
they must be
well behaved and under control. The Nore and Barrow valleys,
South Leinster Way and Brandon Hill
all offer wonderful walking opportunities.
This is a warm and welcoming place to stay.
