Bay, Friends Cottage is the perfect place to enjoy the unique
and delightful village of Findhorn. Just a few minutes from miles
of beach with no dog restrictions, and a few minutes from a dog-friendly
pub serving excellent food, plus shop and restaurant
selling local organic produce and meals.
Friends Cottage is a 4 bedroom house which we have made dog friendly
by providing dog bowls, an enclosed garden and (mainly) hardwood
floors. The house includes a dining room, lounge with open fire,
and separate sun-lounge which overlooks Findhorn Bay, with doors
leading out onto an elevated patio

With stunning sea views across the Moray
Firth these attractive cottages are beautifully situated amongst
acres of grazing land and woodland glens.
The accommodation consists of a traditional sandstone barn which
has been converted to form 4 self contained cottages, all individual
in style and occupying a corner of the building. The longhouse forms
3 more cottages, south facing with views directly over the sea and
Fort George.
Here you can get away from the hustle bustle of life yet still
be within reach of many activities including, walking, cycling (new
mountain bike trails) pony trekking, quad biking, fishing, bird
watching and a superb 18-hole golf course. The villages of Rosemarkie,
Fortrose and Cromarty offer excellent facilities including pubs,
restaurants shops, museums, dolphin trips and a beautiful beach
which combines a sandy beach with fascinating rock pools.
Hillockhead is situated 2 or 3 miles from the villages of Rosemarkie
and Fortrose. The surrounding villages offer excellent amenities
and many leisure activities.
