Guisachan Lodge is more than 150 years old and stands within an acre of enclosed gardens, from where you can enjoy the peace and awe-inspiring views of the Glen Affric National Nature Reserve. An abundance of walks are available straight from the door and wildlife, including stags, buzzards and eagles, are frequent visitors.
The ground floor features a sitting room with open Victorian fireplace, sun lounge and dining room, all traditionally furnished. A small sofa room and adjoining twin bedroom are perfect for those wishing to remain on the ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen also has table and chairs and leads into a downstairs shower room with w.c. and spacious utility room.
The first floor has the main double bedroom, with hand-carved wooden bed, and a second bedroom which can be either a double or a twin-bedded room. Both rooms have double aspect windows with marvellous views. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath and w.c.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, and the wonderful garden, great walking and superb Victorian fireplace to return home to make Guisachan Lodge difficult to surpass.

Lochletter Lodges are situated in beautiful Glenurquhart, which stretches from Loch Ness to Glen Affric. These high quality lodges are well equipped with TV, DVD, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is free wireless internet available for guests. Each lodge has a parking space for 2 cars and is privately located and surrounded by hills,
woodland and fields. Accessed via a private road which crosses the River Enrick as it leaves Loch Meiklie, the lodges are peacefully situated with no through traffic.
Dogs are welcome (max. 2 per lodge). There is one 2 bedroom lodge which sleeps up to 4 and is also suitable for wheelchair access, and there are three 3 bedroom lodges which sleep up to 6. The accommodation is deally placed for hill walking, golf, fishing and touring the Highlands. Glen Affric is renowned for its scenery and Loch Ness is only four miles away. Nearby are forestry woods, ideal for walking and cycling, and there is a track that leads from the lodges to the forest. Drumnadrochit is a quiet village, only a 10 minute drive away, where visitors will find shops and restaurants, Inverness is 18 miles away and has good air, road and rail links.
