Marston has three modern holiday flats, clean, bright and fully equipped they are only a two minute walk to the beach at Burlington Chine. Nestled on the cliff and a short stroll along the sea front to the traditional seaside town,
it provides the perfect place for a water sports holiday, and is not far from Isle of Purbeck golf course so there really is something for everyone.

Flat 1 is our pet friendly apartment, the most spacious and fully equipped for up to four guests. It also has a twin room which can be altered to accommodate a king sized bed.  Flat 2 is on the top floor with wonderful sea views and sleeps up to 6 guests in two bedrooms and a sofa-bed in the lounge. Flat 3 also has great sea views and sleeps up to 5 guests. Each apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is colour TV, freeview box and DVD player, radio and CD player, and a free WiFi service. Currently awarded 3 * by Visit England, we are recognised as a Quality Business by The Jurassic Coast Heritage Site and have recently been given a GOLD award
from the Green Tourism Business Scheme.

Portland Retreat is a dog friendly, four-bedroom cottage located in the sheltered village of Southwell, less than two kilometres from the famous Portland Bill and five kilometres from Portland Harbour, the venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing/windsurfing events. Two double bedrooms, a twin bunk bedroom and a single bedroom provide spacious, stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to seven people. The property also features a large living room, enormous kitchen/diner, conservatory, bathroom and two separate toilets.
There is plenty of room for a range of activities, or just relaxing and watching satellite TV, or updating Facebook on the Wi-Fi Broadband. There is a safe parking area for a large car or boat and additional on-road parking in the immediate vicinity. The Retreat is also exceptional on Portland for its wonderful, large, sunny, fully-enclosed, lawned garden.
