The Cider Barn looks out across stunning rolling Devon countryside in the village of Stoodleigh, 220 metres above sea level. It has two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, and space for a cot, a kitchen with a dining area and a separate sitting room. It is ideal for couples or a small family. Dogs are welcome and there is a large garden as well as plenty of short or long walks directly from the property (possibly ending at the Stoodleigh Village Inn!).
Further afield both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within an easy drive as is the North Devon Coast. Beyond the strings of local villages to explore, the city of Exeter is only half an hour away and Tiverton and Taunton are closer and
provide all the essentials for a relaxing stay. We have our own chickens so will provide fresh free range eggs when available. This is a peaceful escape from the rush of daily life and even in the peak summer months the roads
in this part of Devon remain quiet. A perfect place for a short break or week away. |

Welcome to Lower Coombe Royal.
A magnificent Devon country house set in its own private valley of eight acres near the sea.
Royal House has an elegant, chandeliered sitting room, with grand piano and cosy sofas gathered round the fire. French windows open out onto the sunny balcony overlooking the gardens. Children can amuse themselves in the well-stocked playroom. The slate-floored, spacious kitchen has an Aga (and stove), plenty of white china and sparkling gadgetry and there is a separatre utility room - great for a dog or two. Bathrooms are stylish: one is an ensuite shower room, the other a family room.

2 single bunks & single bed.
Lawn Apartment is a charming apartment with its own large private terrace from where you can step straight onto the lawns. The open-plan living area is divided into three separate spaces: a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting room. The master bedroom overlooks the ponds and fields beyond and has en-suite shower room, the twin bedroom overlooks lawns and the main bathroom includes
a bath and shower.
Garden Rooms is a private hideaway reached via steps up to a private Italianate terrace. Double doors open to a lobby area, ideal for dogs. From here a door leads to the open-plan living and dining area with solid oak floors, sofa, wood-burning stove and smart cream kitchen. On the same floor is the bedroom with king-size bed and French windows onto the terrace with views of the ponds. |

Galford Springs offers self-catering group accommodation situated near Dartmoor in a beautiful valley setting. This 300 acre working farm in the tranquillity of the fields and woods of the Lew valley is an ideal choice for large parties, families, clubs and groups. It is newly converted to a high standard and has fully approved disabled access.
The main area is a superb open plan space, with a cosy
oil-fired, flame effect stove heater and hearth in the room. There are three large pine tables and chairs with TV viewing area, dining area and bar. 50 inch Plasma TV, Sky Music centre, DVD and cinema sound. This area area sleeps 10 in double bunks, plus four on double sofa-beds. There are also 2 separate double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, ample hanging and storage space and storage heaters. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped and there is a pool table, large plasma TV, table tennis and darts,and a heated indoor swimming pool. Welcome to The Old Shippon, a beautifully restored stone barn situated in picturesque North Devon countryside, and close to the North Cornwall coast. Dunsdon Farm is a 54 acre farm, in countryside adjoining the Dunsdon National Nature Reserve, designated an SSSI, as a rare and protected culm grassland area. The Old Shippon, is set within the historic farm courtyard, and has a private entrance and garden. Some of the buildings date from the Medieval period. The land has been farmed for many hundreds (possibly thousands) of years, and is recorded in the
Doomsday Book.
Restored in 2011 to a very high standard, the cottage has three good-sized bedrooms, and a reverse layout with bright open-plan living space and under-floor heated. It features a solid oak staircase, doors and skirting, and has been decorated with a contemporary feel, yet retaining the charm of its historic agricultural past. Your comfort is our main aim, so we have filled one of the finest holiday cottages in North Devon with books and games to be enjoyed in front of the wood burner in winter, or on one of the two patios in the summer. There is also a DVD player and an iPod docking station.

Each of the cottages forms part of the period farm house where the owners also run a small
Bed and Breakfast. Within ten miles of the coast and close to many wonderful walks this is a superb location in any season. Set on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Bradworthy is a friendly village which has a post office, pub and local stores.
Hidden Lakes and Hidden Lakes Meadow are also available exclusively to guests. Just 300 yards along the lane this peaceful spot has two lakes, one offering coarse fishing, and a six acre meadow, ideal for dogs (and children)
to let off steam. There is a log cabin, picnic tables
