Located in the rural heart of Cornwall our three barn conversions are modern, well equipped, stylish and with
all the comforts of home. Perfect for out of season breaks. Set within large shared gardens each barn has its own enclosed decking area and BBQ. They each have two bedrooms, a double and a twin including linen and towels and full
central heating (at no extra cost). The Dairy and The Byre are single storey and have only one step up
onto the decking area.
Our country hideaway is positioned on quiet lanes close to Lappa Valley Railway, Dairyland and Trerice Manor, and conveniently situated for the spectacular North Coast beaches (5 miles) and the picturesque South Coast (15 miles).
St Newlyn East is close-by, boasting a great village pub, local shop and a butchers. Discover quaint fishing villages, follow coastal paths or enjoy Rick Stein’s
fish and chips at Padstow. Our barns are a wonderful place to spend your holiday relaxing or as a base for exploring. We welcome well behaved dogs.

situated on the Bude canal in North Cornwall.
We are perfectly situated for you and your faithful friends to take full advantage of the fantastic and sometimes dramatic North Cornish countryside and coast. Starting at your doorstep you will have access to miles of great
walks. You can choose to take to the South West Coast Path and the beaches;
you can take it a little easier and go for a stroll along the canal towpath to Bude or, if you are feeling like a really
relaxing day, you can amble around the farm and relax in your luxury cottage.
As well as pet friendly holidays, we also cater for children with both indoor and outdoor play areas; we have access to a neighbouring golf course and the National Cycle Network; there is ample parking; there's fishing on
the lake and it's only a short walk to Widmouth Bay and the famous surfing beach there.

These pet friendly farm cottages have been tastefully converted from original barns to provide holiday accommodation with many authentic features. The use of natural materials such as old pine, local stone and slate adds to the wonderful atmosphere. Great care has been taken to offer accommodation that is both comfortable and full of character. The cottages have double glazed windows, exposed beams and stained glass, and each has its own small enclosed garden.
We are great believers in conservation and have embarked on a long term improvement project on the property, including the planting of broadleaf woodland and hedges. You will be able to savour fresh eggs from our free-range hens and ducks. Most of our animals are rescue and include pygmy goats, horses and rabbits.
We pride ourselves on catering for the needs of both you and your pets by providing a dog crèche, enclosed gardens, throws for the furniture and 25 acres of stunning Cornish countryside, all of which is accessible to our visitors. |

The dog friendly holiday properties are situated at Gwendreath on the popular Lizard peninsula in the
South-west of Cornwall.
They are just 10 miles from the historic market town of Helston, famous for its floral dance, and four miles from the
Lizard point, the most southerly location in Britain.
From Little Gwendreath take the short Elm Valley Walk following the stream to Kennack Sands, which offers safe bathing, surfing, rock pooling and the South West Coastal Path, the beach is also accessible by car, with the east beach being open all year for dogs.
Nearby are the beautiful fishing villages of Cadgwith and Coverack.
Each cottage has its own small private garden with seating. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available on site for the guests use.

The Beach-Apartments comprise two beautiful two-bedroom apartments located
just 50 metres from Perranporth’s three miles of powder-sand beach and dunes,
and a three-minute walk from the town centre.
This is one of the few UK beaches that allow dogs throughout the year. You and your dog will meet lots
of doggy friends and their owners.
The ground-floor apartment sleeps up to six, the first- floor apartment up to five. Both are child-friendly and may be
suitable for disabled and mobility-restricted guests.
There is magnificent safe surfing, with equipment hire, surf school and lifeguards. The properties are perfectly located for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall
including the constantly changing panoramic views to be found when exploring the nearby meandering cliff paths.

An ideal base for exploring Cornwall this family run farm has two self-contained,
one-bedroom cottages which welcome dogs.
Buttercup Cottage and
Little Toms Cottage are both one level. The cottages have double bedrooms with a 5ft double bed, and en-suite shower room. There is a well equipped, open-plan kitchen/living/dining room in each and
the dining area opens onto the patio through French doors.

Peaceful and secluded, these two cottages are situated down a track, between the single lane coast road and the sea, some two miles West of Polperro. Set in three acres of sheltered, south-facing gardens
and surrounded by countryside,

Blanches Windsor, the main house, provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for nine people, with a farmhouse kitchen, expansive living room and hallway, five bedrooms (one downstairs),

Blanches Meadow, the original character cottage, sleeps five, with a kitchen, beamed sitting room with an open fire,
three bedrooms and a bathroom.
