Penkerris is an enchanting Edwardian residence surrounded by lovely lawned gardens, and situated in the unspoiled Cornish village of St Agnes, with its good choice of shops and pubs. There are 9 comfortable guest rooms, some en-suite and all with modern facilities. The bright and cosy lounge has a log fire for the winter months, and breakfast includes freshly baked bread from the village bakery and our butcher's home-made sausages. We have a liquor licence and can supply wine to have with dinner or beers to drink in the garden.
St Agnes, which is well-placed for touring Cornwall, has dramatic cliff walks, beautiful beaches and excellent surfing on the doorstep. There are three beaches at St Agnes and Chapel Porth (shown above) is one of the best
in Europe, Trevaunance Cove is good for surfing while Trevellas Cove offers total relaxation.
The area is steeped in the history of Cornwall's tin and copper mining. St Agnes is only an hour from Lands End,
St Michaels Mount, Tintagel and the Eden Project,
and just 8 miles from Truro. |

Roseudian was originally a line of miners' cottages, now thoughtfully modernised to provide a comfortable bed and breakfast home. Set in a quiet, rural area overlooking the Cot Valley we offer one twin and two double rooms,
all en-suite and with tea/coffe making facilities, hairdryer and clock-radio.
The house stands in a lovely south-facing, terraced garden which is available for guests' use.
There is a self-service buffet for breakfast, and a full cooked English breakfast if required using local produce whever possible and with home-made bread, marmalade and preserves.
This is an ideal centre for exploring the Land's End Peninsula with its prehistoric sites, mining history, stunning beaches, beautiful gardens, the unique Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, and the chance to walk the Cornish Coastal path. |

| Chris and Heidi welcome you to Penrose, their AA 4 star rated Victorian home. Penrose exudes a homely atmosphere with a hint of heritage. Fireplaces, chandeliers, cornices and stained-glass windows are evident throughout
the building. We have a range of family/double/twin ensuite rooms plus a family suite of rooms with a kitchen. All the bedroom have TV, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, extensive beverage tray, bottled
mineral water and toiletries. The ensuites have electric showers plus fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Full cooked breakfast plus as much cereal, toast, orange juice, fruit,
tea and coffee as you want. There is free Wifi, and the use of a computer.
Lostwithiel is the antiques capital of Cornwall and has many pubs which are dog friendly, restaurants, a river walk, church,museum etc within a 10-minute walk. The Eden Project is only a
10-minute drive, so are the local beaches (we provide a dog friendly beach guide). We also have an online booking service on our website. |

Approached by its own private drive, Dalswinton House is family run and offers excellent food in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The house has eight en-suite
bedrooms (including one on the ground floor), a residents' bar, lounge area, conservatory and solar heated pool.
It has a Four Star rating from "Visit Britain" and is very well situated, being located midway between Padstow and Newquay.
Dogs are very welcome at Dalswinton House and have access to eight acres of private meadow
